Bonneteaumatiques are living sculptures inspired by the Three-card Monte (“Bonneteau” in french) played on the streets.
They penetrate the exhibition space and are as mobiles as their street cousins: they’re made of cardboard and enabled by a game master. They’re ready to play at any moment.
Only downside: once they’re turned on, they become insane and they’re shuffling endlessly the cards asking the audience repeatedly :”Where’s the queen ??”.
